Roofing You Can Rely On
Backed in Writing.

Every roof we install comes with a workmanship guarantee on our labor and a manufacturer’s warranty on the materials. Clear terms. No fine-print games. Here’s how it works.

Free inspection. No pressure. No follow-up sales calls.

Most Roofing Warranties Sound Better
Than They Actually Are.

Every roofer on the market advertises a warranty, but the real issue isn’t whether coverage exists—it’s what happens when you actually need it. That’s when homeowners often discover the coverage is narrower than they were told, the terms are written in language nobody explained, and responsibility gets passed back and forth between the installer and the manufacturer. In many cases, the contractor who promised to stand behind the work has moved, rebranded, or gone out of business. At the end of the day, a warranty is only as good as the company behind it—and that’s the part we take seriously.

Straightforward Coverage.
Plain-English Terms.

When you sign a contract with us, you’ll know exactly what’s covered, for how long, and what to do if something ever comes up. Not buried in a PDF. Not hidden in footnotes. Written clearly on the paperwork you sign. Before we start any project, we’ll walk you through:

What the workmanship guarantee covers

What the manufacturer's warranty covers

What isn't covered (because no warranty covers everything)

What to do if you ever need to use it

Clarity now means no surprises later. That’s the whole idea.

benefits of Shingle Roofing

Every new roof we install is protected by two separate warranties. Most homeowners don’t realize these are different until something goes wrong. Here’s the plain-English breakdown

Workmanship Guarantee (Backed by Us)

This warranty covers how your roof is installed. If something fails due to the way we performed the work, it’s our responsibility to fix it. The coverage lasts for [X-year workmanship guarantee] and includes installation-related issues such as leaks caused by improper installation, flashing failures, and fastener issues. However, it does not cover damage from storms, normal age-related wear on materials, or problems caused by work done by other contractors after our installation. The warranty is transferable [Yes / No / to the next homeowner within X years].

Manufacturer's Warranty (Backed by the Shingle Maker)

This warranty covers the roofing materials themselves. If a shingle fails due to a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer is responsible for handling it. The length of coverage depends on the product you choose, typically ranging from 25 years to a lifetime for premium systems. It includes material defects in shingles, underlayment, and other system components, but does not cover storm damage, improper installation, or normal wear over time. Both warranties matter because even premium materials can fail if installed incorrectly, and even a perfect installation won’t hold up if the materials are defective—so having coverage on both sides ensures complete protection.
